Day 26

Back to work. A good day, and even made it to the gym again. I managed to do a Body Flow class, without too much pain. I came home after and made dinner. For the second night my son came home hungry from his intern placement at the newspaper, and I shared my dinner with him. Gonna have to put a stop to that! Forgot the photo for lunch.

Day 26

  • Breakfast: Eggs, green beans, rutabega
  • Lunch: Mixed greens, tuna salad, veggies, yogourt, strawberries and blueberries
  • Dinner: Fish, broccoli, carrots
