Day 18

Another day late on posting! I'm just going to get to the food that I had.

Day 18

  • Breakfast: egg, broccoli, sweet potato
  • Snack: boiled egg
  • Lunch: Spring mix, tuna salad, veggies
  • Snack: cashews, dates
  • Dinner: Fish, roasted veggies
  • Snack: pistachio nuts
