I slept well last night. However when I woke up I really didn't want to eat. On this program it is recommended that you eat within an hour of waking up. I waited until close to the full hour then I made breakfast. I have had a constant headache all day, which I found out is normal. I have had little to no apetite all day,so after I eat I feel really uncomfortable. I'm going to take an antacid before I go to bed, for relief.
Day 3
- Breakfast: eggs, sweet potato hash
- Lunch: Tuna salad and roasted veggies
- Dinner: Veggie soup with Greek yogourt and avocado
