In the afternoon I had an appointment to see the doctor. Initially I had made the appointment in case I needed a further doctor note for work. However, with the changes in the last few days, I feel that I will be able to go back to work on Monday. So it ended up being an appointment to say I am okay, not often I do that, but if I had cancelled it would have cost me.
- Breakfast: Eggs, broccoli, sweet potato
- After workout: Boiled egg, 1/2 gratefruit
- Lunch: Spinach salad, veggies, pumpkin seeds, Greek yogourt, puree strawberries
- Dinner: Fish, green beans, brussel sprouts, carrots
- Snack: Banana, cashews
